Introduction

Welcome to CRM ProyectX. We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect the information we obtain through our platform.

By using our services, you agree to the terms of this policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our platform.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following user information:

• Personal Data: name, email address, phone number, and other relevant details.
• Facebook Account Information: when a user connects their Facebook account with CRM ProyectX, we obtain access to relevant data based on the granted permissions.
• Facebook Lead Forms Data: data generated through Facebook Ads lead forms is stored in our platform to facilitate lead management.
• Usage and Analytics Data: information on how the platform is used to improve user experience.

How We Use the Information

The collected information is used to:

• Process and store Facebook leads in the user's CRM.
• Enable integration and connection with Facebook pages.
• Provide support and technical assistance to users.
• Improve the functionality of our platform.

We do not sell, share, or disclose users' personal information to third parties without consent.

Messenger and Instagram Messaging

A business that uses CRM ProyectX may connect a Facebook Page or Instagram professional account that it owns, so that its staff can read and answer the messages its customers send it. To make this possible we use Meta's Messenger Platform and Instagram Messaging APIs, with the pages_messaging and human_agent permissions.

When a person messages a connected Page or account, we receive and store:

• The content of the messages exchanged between that person and the business, including any files or images sent.
• The sender's name, profile picture and the page-scoped identifier that Meta assigns to them.
• The time of each message and which agent of the business replied to it.

This information is used for one purpose only: to show the conversation to the staff of the business that owns the Page, and to deliver their replies back through Meta. Conversations are always started by the person who writes to the business. We do not send promotional or unsolicited messages, we do not contact people who have not written first, and we never use this data for advertising, profiling or training models.

Each business only sees the conversations of the accounts it owns; it cannot see those of any other business. Conversations are kept for 24 months after the last message, and are deleted within 90 days if the business stops using the platform or disconnects the Page. A person may request the deletion of their messages at any time by writing to support@crmproyectx.com.

How We Protect the Information

We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or alterations. Access to each business's data is restricted to that business and its own staff.

Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your account and associated data, you can do so by sending a request to support@crmproyectx.com. Requests are processed within 30 days.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

We may update this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users through our platform or via email.
